“Gerri-Lynn stands out as a extraordinary Realtor. Her knowledge, expertise, patience and experience in the Coronado real estate market and in life has proven invaluable in the purchase of our home. Gerri-Lynn patiently worked with us for over a year to help us find our perfect forever home in Coronado. She listened to us and knew exactly what we were looking for in the tight Coronado market. She sent us daily/weekly updates of properties that met our criteria, never trying to pressure us into anything else. When the perfect property did present itself (on a holiday weekend) she acted swiftly to let us know, set up an immediate tour of the property and quickly went into action to present an offer on our behalf. With multiple offers on the table Gerri-Lynn's experience and being well respected by other Realtors was crucial as she successfully negotiated and was able to have our offer accepted within 48 hours. Gerri-Lynn made herself available to us 24/7 making for a very smooth closing and positive experience. We are so appreciative of Gerri-Lynn.
